No. We assess whether OKRs, KPIs, SMART objectives or a hybrid fit your organisation, and recommend whichever does. Sometimes the answer is something simpler.

How long does an engagement take?
The OKR Reset Sprint is short and fixed in scope; we confirm its length on the discovery call. Implementation depends on your size and starting point; we agree the scope with you before starting.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. We work with clients remotely, and in person where the work needs it.
Do you sell software or a framework licence?
No. We are independent. Our only interest is a goal system your own people can run.
